We built this drawing our experience using logic models to design Theories of Change and Impact Measurement Frameworks for social enterprises. In our practice, the “impacty” language and framing of those devices stopped short of meeting the reality of commercial pressures in live markets. This worksheet integrates a decade of facilitation tips + tricks to help you demonstrate how your venture stewards and adds to our collective, integrated, inseparable resources: that is, all of the [human, environmental, financial, technical, political] capital your value creation engine turns into improving our lives, ecologies, and world.
